Tussock Skink
1
Limeburners Lagoon boardwalk
At first, assumed to be P rawlinsoni due to habitat. Pseudemoia pagenstecheri confirmed by Jules Farqhuar - on closer examination the white dorsolateral stripe is certainly on the 4th or 5th scale (not 3rd as per P rawlinsoni).
Strangely, the nearest grass would have been about 100 metres away. Habitat was mangroves and saltmarsh (Tectacornia, arbuscula, Samolus repens etc). The estuary high tide meant the area under the boardwalk where the skink was basking was flooded.
