Lolling/"playing" in the water at Steele's Rocks. Possibly feeding? Stayed in same location for at least 30 minutes. Presumably Australian Fur Seal but can't be definite. Possible regular as there is an iNat record same location from Aug 2022 with it hauled out on the rocks
