The club holds a mixture of in-person and online meetings. Typically we meet in person in “daylight saving time” months and online for the rest of the year. Check the activities calendar before the meeting as meeting details may change.
- Main meetings of the GFNC are held on the first Tuesday of each month except January.
- Bird Group meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month except December.
Online meetings are held using Zoom and start at 7:30 p.m. Members and visitors can join any time after 7:20 p.m. Club members receive Zoom links via the regular newsletter and Facebook. If you are not a club member and wish to attend an online meeting then ask us for a link by email by the day prior to the meeting.
In-person meetings also start at 7:30 p.m. and are held in the Geelong Botanic Gardens Meeting Room at the southern side of the Geelong Botanic Gardens. The room will be open by 7:10 p.m.
The road into the parking area is at the end of Holt Road past the junction with Eastern Park circuit. Take the first left (unpaved) road after the gate.
